CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour Non-Refundable cancellation policy in effect for all Kauai tours and charters. We have a 48 hour Non-Refundable cancellation policy in effect for parties of 4 or more divers. Private boat tours and charters are to be paid IN-FULL 2 weeks in advance with no refund within the 2 weeks for partial groups. All Ni'ihau and Mana Crack charters require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you do not show up and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trip, you will be charged 100% on all Kauai, Ni’ihau and Mana Crack charters. We will not charge if we can fill the seat. Please understand that our bookings are done in advance and late cancellations are very difficult to fill. A credit card number is used to hold your seat and will be charged if you cancel inside the policy period. This policy is strictly enforced.
